The Virginia DSS offers multiple energy assistance programs, including their new Virginia COVID-19 Energy Assistance Program. The Virginia Rent Relief Program (RRP) is designed to support housing stability during the coronavirus pandemic. Depending on availability of funds and household need, the RRP may provide financial assistance for rent payments for eligible households.

Good Shepherd Alliance serves the homeless (and near-homeless) in Loudoun County by providing emergency shelter, transitional housing, pantry and thrift stores and intensive case management.
Mobile Hope improves the lives of young people, 24 years of age or younger, who are precariously housed or homeless in Loudoun County.
