Provides support in the following areas:
Work with current LCPS leaders and new administrators through orientation events, professional learning, new principal cohorts, executive coaching, mentoring, support services academies, and through our business partnership with The Leesburg Junction, hosting leadership conferences. This includes on-site visits with administrators to assist in their transition to the principalship or their supervisory role. Support for the principal pipeline through partnerships with local university cohort programs. In addition, the office of Leadership Development provides current LCPS leaders with professional development through a variety of offerings.
