Parent Refusal for Testing

SOL and VAAP assessments may be required to meet diploma or federal accountability requirements; however, parents have the right to refuse testing for their student(s).  If you would like to refuse testing, please complete the form below.  To determine how this would impact your eligibility for graduation, please contact the Testing Coordinator (mark.ziminsky@lcps.org) or your student's counselor.
