Welcome to the Forest Grove Elementary School Clinic!

My name is Carly!  This is my first year as a Forest Grove Falcon but my 13th year working for LCPS.  I have two boys in middle school and a 2-year-old daughter to keep me busy outside of school.  We love to spend our summers at the beach!  Hoping for a safe and healthy school year.  Go Falcons!
