PSAT/NMSQT and PSAT 8/9 Testing: October 12, 2022

Loudoun County Public Schools will be offering the PSAT 8/9 (Preliminary SAT) to students in grade 9 and the PSAT/NMSQT (National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test) to students in grades 10 and 11 this year. The test will be administered on Wednesday, October 12, 2022. This will be the only administration for the 2022-2023 school year.
Registration is not required and there will be no cost for students.
Test Day information will be communicated to families in September

The PSAT 8/9 will be taken digitally this year on LCPS-issued Chromebook devices on October 12, 2022.

For 10th and 11th Grade Knights:
PSAT/NMSQT (National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test) will be administered on paper/pencil to students in grades 10 and 11 on October 12, 2022.

PSAT 8/9 Score Reporting Information:
PSAT 8/9 scores will be available online through each student's College Board account in mid-December. Students will be notified by College Board when scores are available via the email address provided on test day.
