Mrs. Jennifer Golobic

Mrs. Jennifer Golobic teaches English 11 Honors and English 10 Academic. She received a BFA in Theatre Studies from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and holds an M. Ed in Secondary Curriculum and Instruction from George Mason University. Prior to joining the English Department at Independence, Mrs. Golobic taught for 9 years at Justice High School in Fairfax County, including grades 9-12, AVID, Literacies and IB Film Study. She is a proud co-sponsor of the GirlUp Club.  In her free time, you can find her at home with her husband and French bulldog, Cooper, chasing her daughter Zoe around.
