Greetings! I am thrilled to be a part of the Legacy family as a full-time counselor for the 2023-2024 school year. This will be my fifth year as a school counselor at Loudoun County Public Schools. I earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and my Master of Education in School Counseling PreK-12 degree from the University of West Alabama.

I was born in Dallas, Texas and have moved to many locations during my childhood and in my adult life as a military spouse with my family. Our most recent move from Hawai’i brought us to Loudoun County. My husband, Rich, and I have 6 children, a granddaughter, grandson, and a 13-year-old Pomeranian fur baby named Duke Henry.

In my spare time, I love to travel, read books, exercise, and go on family adventures. Watching football is my favorite fall activity. You will catch me sporting red and black in support of my SEC UGA Dawgs.

My passion is to foster a supporting path for every child with individual, small group and classroom lessons. I look forward to another year with all the Legacy Labs and helping them in any way I can to succeed and achieve their fullest potential.
