Degrees and Certifications:

Mrs. Redenburg

Mrs. Redenburg is excited to be spending her 16th year in education as a Cedar Lane Lion! During that time, she has had the pleasure of teaching 4th grade, 5th grade, and 2nd grade.

Mrs. Redenburg grew up on Long Island, New York which is where she earned her bachelor's degree in elementary education with a minor in history from Dowling College. After moving to Virginia with her husband, Mrs. Redenburg earned her master's degree in curriculum and instruction from George Mason University. This past summer, Mrs. Redenburg completed her second master's degree, in educational policy, planning, and leadership from The College of William & Mary.

Having grown up in New York, Mrs. Redenburg still loves to spend her free time exploring Virginia and traveling to new places. She especially loves visiting historical locations and continuing to learn about Virginia’s history. When she is not out exploring, Mrs. Redenburg loves to spend her time cooking, baking, working in her garden, reading, doing puzzles, and playing golf.

Mrs. Redenburg can’t wait to share her love of learning with her students and is thrilled to begin a new school year at Cedar Lane!
