    This is for bus deliveries only:

    Beginning Monday, February 1, 2021, delivery of school meals will be limited to Mondays only with all meals (Breakfast, Lunch, Snack, Supper) for the week (Monday through Sunday) delivered on Mondays. The decision to limit meal delivery to weekly on Mondays was based on the need to keep students engaged in learning throughout the day on Tuesdays through Friday.

    Weekly delivery of meals for the month of February will occur as follows: 

    • Monday, February 1 – Meals for Monday, Feb 1 – Sunday, Feb 7 (7 days)
    • Monday, February 8 – Meals for Monday, Feb 8 – Monday, Feb 15 (8 days)
    • Tuesday, February 16 *– Meals for Tuesday, February 16 – Sunday, February 21 (6 days)
    • Monday, February 22 – Meals for Monday, Feb 22 – Sunday, Feb 28 (7 days)

    *Note – Due to a federal/school holiday on Monday, February 15 – weekly meal delivery for this week will fall on Tuesday, February 16.


    Loudoun County school buses are providing free breakfast, lunch, supper and snack meals on Mondays for the entire week to students. Please use the following link to locate the stop closest to you. 

    Daily Bus Delivery of Meals throughout Loudoun County-

    • 2 Runs: 11:30 am – 12:30 pm and 12:30 pm – 1:30 pm



    Beginning Monday, January 25, the secondary schools' walk-up meal service time will be extended to 2:30 pm resulting in the meal service window being open from 10:00 am to 2:30 pm.  Beginning Monday, February 1, meals for the week will be delivered to the designated bus stops.  Breakfast, lunch, snack, and supper for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be distributed. Families may find their nearest bus stop and associated time for delivery via the interactive map on the LCPS website.

    Prior to February 1, students needing to pick up meals during the school day will be given an excused absence for the time they miss class to pick up their meals.

    Walk Up Meal Service -  10:00 am – 2:30 pm (You can go to the school and pick up them up as well. Students do not need to be present for pick up)

    Here Comes the Bus® is an easy-to-use mobile app and website that uses GPS tracking information to allow parents to see when their child’s bus is arriving. The program is easy to follow, has a customizable map and works on either a computer, tablet or smartphone, allowing parents to see where the bus is and how close it is to the child's stop. With Here Comes the Bus® parents can:

    • Get real-time bus location information
    • Track multiple buses at one time

    The program is available in English, Spanish and French. The mobile app can be downloaded from Google Play or the App Store. To sign up for Here Comes the Bus®, you will need to know your student’s ID number and school code which is 79902.
