      If you are facing eviction, there are resources available. If you have been, or are at risk of being, evicted, call the Loudoun County Information and Referral line for Coordinated Entry at 703-777-0420 immediately. You will be provided with information and referrals for the prevention of homelessness.

      If you are evicted, there are legal resources. You can contact the following organizations for legal assistance in the event of an eviction:

      • Contact Legal Aid at 866-534-5243 or visit valegalaid.org
      • Legal Services of Northern Virginia provides free legal consultations. Call 703-778-6800 or visit lsnv.org
      • If you feel that you are being discriminated against, call the Virginia Fair Housing Office at 804-367-8530 or 888-551-3247 or visit dpor.virginia.gov/FairHousing

      Rental Assistance

      If you need help paying your rent, visit the Virginia DHCD website to learn about rental assistance programs.

    Loudoun County Hypothermia Prevention Shelter

    The Loudoun County Hypothermia Prevention Shelter will open Wednesday, November 15, 2023, for single adults aged 18 and older in the community who are experiencing a housing crisis resulting in homelessness. This temporary shelter, which provides a warm indoor sleeping environment and meals, will be open from 5:00 p.m. to 8:30 a.m., seven nights a week through March 31, 2024.
