    CHROMEBOOK REPAIR SUPPORT

    • Hybrid Students:


      For password or account issues with your Chromebook or LCPS Go:

      • Contact the teacher to see if you're using the right username/password. If not, someone at school can reset it. Or,
      • Wait until the student is in school at Countryside to get it fixed in-person.

      For repairs like cracked Chromebook screens and damaged Chromebooks:

      Notify the teacher and give the Chromebook to Mrs. Tyskowski 

       

      100% Distance Learning Students: 


      For password or account issues with your Chromebook or LCPS Go:

      • Call the help desk at 571-252-2112 for a password reset

      For repairs like cracked Chromebook screens and damaged Chromebooks:

       
        

      How to Use Quick Card Login for Grades K-2 (Espanol)

  • If your student does not have a Quick Card, they can login with the following after clicking Sign in with a different account when they open the lid of their Chromebook:

    • Username: StudentID@lcps.org (If they don’t know their Student ID, please see ParentVUE or contact Countryside’s front office)
    • Password: Four digit birthday (MMDD)

     

    How to Print Your Own Replacement Quick Card

    Open your Chromebook lid and click Sign in with a different account. Login to the Chromebook and LCPS Go with the following:

      • Username: StudentID@lcps.org (If they don’t know their Student ID, please see ParentVUE or contact Countryside's front office)
      • Password: Four digit birthday (MMDD)
