    The Department of Digital Innovation (DDI) continues to provide technical support throughout the closure. Students may receive technical support through one of the following methods:

    FIRST:

    • Email your technical question to supportcenter@lcps.org

    • Call the Technology Support Center at (571) 252-2112 - The Technology Support Center is staffed Mon-Fri from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

    • Submit an incident through the Support Center App found in LCPSGO
