Updated Free Meal Service Offered by LCPS

The USDA has extended Free Breakfast & Lunch for children 18 years of age and younger through
June 30, 2021.

Meal services are available 7 days a week at 93 sites, free of charge. You may pick up the meal at any school (except Lightridge High School) that is most convenient to you. You do not have to go to the school that your child is currently enrolled in.

IN-PERSON LEARNING:
Students will be provided a free breakfast and lunch during the school day.

VIRTUAL LEARNING:
Free breakfast and lunch meals are available for pick up at school walk-up sites and bus stops
from Mon - Fri.

NEW - SUPPER AND SNACK:
Supper and snack also available daily beginning November 9, 2020.

IN-PERSON LEARNING:
Students who wish to receive a supper meal and snack MUST contact his/her principal to "opt-in" to the program.

VIRTUAL LEARNING:
Students may pick up supper meas and snack from Mon - Fri at any walk-up location and/or bus stop, as long as you "opt-in" the program.


Weekend meal service is still available. Saturday and Sunday meals will be available for pick up on Fridays. Meals may be picked up at walk up sites or bus routes. Walk-up meal service is from 10 am - 1 pm.
Daily bus delivery of meals throughout Loundoun County consists of 2 bus runs.
The first bus run is from 11:30 am - 12:30 pm.
The second bus run is from 12:30 pm - 1:30 pm.

Parent pick up is available at any location that is most convenient. 

Meal service is also extended to childcare participants.
