 Hello Pumas! My name is Mirna Chatila and this is my 4th year at Pinebrook ES as an EL Teacher.  This is my 18 ^th year following my passion in teaching. This is my 7^th year with LCPS. I graduated in 2004 with a BA in English Language and Literature from Beirut, Lebanon. I immigrated to the United States in 2005 and have been living in Loudoun County since then.

In 2013 I earned an endorsement in teaching English as a Second Language from Educate VA, and I am currently persuing my Masters of Science in Literacy Education from Shenandoah University.

I live in Aldie with my husband and two children. Angelina  is a Sophomore at Lightridge HS, and Joey is a Sixth Grader at Willard MS. In my free time, I like to cook and bake with my daughter and go on bike rides with my family.
