Provides: Free referral and information services for basic need, financial, and emergency assistance.
Loudoun County Government:
Provides: Free referral and information services for basic need, emergency, and other need assistance.
BASIC NEED ASSISTANCE:
Provides: Food, emergency financial, family and mental health assistance.
Loudoun Hunger Relief:
Provides: Milk, eggs, fresh produce, meats and pantry items.
Mobile Market: Every 2nd & 4th Wednesday of the month from 2:00 – 3:00 pm at the Main Street Common Apartments. 119 North 16th Street, Purcellville. Please bring ID or utility bill to confirm Loudoun County residency.
Provides: Food, clothing, diapers, hygiene items, lifeskills, shelter, and emergency financial assistance.
Mobile Hope Bus: Tuesdays and Thursdays 11:45 am – 12:30 pm at Main Street commons Purcellville; 12:45 pm – 1:15 pm at Maple Avenue Apartments; and 2:00 – 3:00 pm Old Stone School Hillsboro.

Salvation Army Leesburg:
Provides: Food, clothing, financial, holiday, rental, utility, and emergency assistance.
Tree of Life Purcellville:
Provides: Three weeks supply of food, including fresh produce, meat, eggs and dairy. Also provides life skills, housing, healthcare, and emergency relief assistance.
Meals To Go: Free to go meals every Thursday from 5:30 – 6:30 pm at the Victory House Church, 520 Main Street, Purcellville.
Loudoun Free Clinic:
Provides: Free medical to low income uninsured families.
Healthworks for Northern Virginia:
Provides: Medical, dental, and behavioral services. Fees are based upon household income and family size.
Provides: Primary medical care, including free school physicals, to families that qualify for Medicaid, FAMIS, IFAP, or are uninsured.
