Valarie is a native of New Jersey, and graduated with a BS in Nursing from Carlow University, a Masters degree in Elementary Education, an Ed.S in Educational Leadership with an emphasis in Special Education and is currently in the final year of a Doctoral Degree program in Exceptional Education Executive Leadership, the later three degrees from Regent University.
Valarie and her husband live in Lovettsville and have three grown children, two of whom graduated from Loudoun County Public Schools. Her interests include Anglo-American Literature, going to the gym, Starbucks Coffee (with Soy Milk) and serving the community in various ministries through her church.
