1. Go to Charms: www.charmsoffice.com

2. Hover over the ENTER/LOGIN link in upper right corner & select PARENTS/STUDENTS/MEMBERS

3. For the school code enter: MercerMSBand

4. For the student password enter your child’s school ID number (their lunch code). (Returning members: enter your last password; if that does not work, then please try your student ID number)

5. Charms will prompt you to change the password if still using the ID number.

6. PLEASE CREATE A PASSWORD YOUR CHILD CAN ALSO KNOW!

AFTER logging in, please UPDATE your child's account with a parent email address! See "update your account"
