Grade: 8th Grade Counselor (Last Names A-L)E-mail: Ann.Neri@lcps.org
This is my 16th year working in the Counseling Department at Farmwell Station Middle School, and I can honestly say this will be the most interesting one of them all! I am looking forward to the day that we can be in the building all together again but in the meantime, we will make the very best of the situation! This year I will be assisting the teachers with Advisory to help teach lessons, assisting students with the Academies of Loudoun and Thomas Jefferson application process, helping students prepare for scheduling as they look ahead to high school and supporting them in a flawless transition to Broad Run.
I am a Loudoun County native and graduated from Broad Run High School (GO SPARTANS). I completed my B.S.W. in Social Work with a minor in English from Ferrum College in Southwest Virginia and then went on to complete my Master of Arts Degree in Psychological Services with a concentration in School Counseling (K-12) from Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia. I am married with two boys and when we are not watching them play sports, we love traveling and enjoying all life has to offer!
Feel free to connect with me anytime this year with any questions or concerns that may arise.
Let’s have a great year working together and supporting each other.
