Application Timeline & Requirements

Window Opens: August 16, 2023 - For Academies of Loudoun Fall Admissions (AES and AOS Programs Only)

Window Closes: October 18, 2023 - Fall admission window closes at 11:00pm

Fall Admissions Testing Sessions: October 28, 2023 & November 4 & 11, 2023 (Saturdays)- Register online for ONE session only 

March 2024- Admission offers will be posted in admissions portal 

March - August 2024 - Students must accept or decline all admissions offers. Waitlisted students will be notified as seats become available.  
Academy of Science (AOS) Admission CriteriaEnrolled in Algebra I or above at the time of applicationWriting AssessmentSTEM Thinking Skills AssessmentFinal grade of C or above in math and science courses in grades 6 and 7, and semester I of grade 8
