Mrs. Caitlin Arcaro

Hello and welcome to fourth grade! My name is Caitlin Arcaro and I am extremely excited to be joining the Rosa Lee Carter Coyote Family! This is my twelfth-year teaching. I have experience teaching kindergarten through sixth grade, being the reading specialist and math specialists; with majority of my experience teaching third and fourth grade.  I graduated from Loyola University Maryland with a major in Elementary Education and minor is Special Education. Additionally, I received my masters from Notre Dame of Maryland University in Leadership in Teaching with a concentration in Elementary and Middle School Mathematics.

As a teacher, I believe it is crucial to build a safe, trusting environment where students feel free to take risks with their learning and ask questions, and to build positive relationships with me and with one another. My goal is to help every student be successful and reach their fullest potential through fun and engaging lessons. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, being outdoors, reading, and baking.

I am looking forward to getting to know all my students and their families and working together throughout the school year. Please do not hesitate to reach out to me with any questions!

Sincerely,

Caitlin Arcaro
