Mr. Lindell Palmer

Mr. Palmer teaches Dual Enrollment English and AP Literature and Composition. He received a BA in English from The College of William and Mary and an MFA in Creative Writing from American University.  During his over twenty years of teaching, he has taught a variety of classes from Creative Writing to American Civilization.  Outside of the classroom, Mr. Palmer enjoys watching history documentaries, writing short stories, visiting theme parks, and hiking.  He also enjoys staging winter guard productions and he coaches George Mason University's team.   

Mr. Palmer is a proud Tiger, and is excited to return for his fifth year at Independence High School!
