Ms. Neiderer is so excited for her first year at Catoctin! She graduated in 2013 from Longwood University with her Masters in Special Education, General Curriculum K-12. Before working at Catoctin, she has enjoyed teaching and working with all different age groups and learning settings over the past 7 years.
Ms. Neiderer grew up in Loudoun County not too far down the road and has enjoyed seeing it develop over the years. She grew up playing soccer and developed a love for animals of all kinds, especially big dogs. Although Ms. Neiderer's soccer skills are a bit rusty these days, she still enjoys playing soccer with her students from time to time. On the weekends and in her free time she loves to relax in her hammock, spend time with family and friends, eat good food, and go for a boat ride on the lake.
Ms. Neiderer values her students and her families and the relationships she creates with them. Her main goals are to create a welcoming environment where students are loved, encouraged to grow and learn, and feel comfortable being who they are as an individual.
