    General Information

    Conditioning:

    Monday
    3 X 1 minute wall hold (thighs parallel to the ground.

    3 X 20 push-ups with feet on a raised surface

    3 X 75 toe raises (out, in, together)

    3 X 20 tricep dips (hands on bed)

    35 circle crunches each way

    300 abs any you want to do
     
    24-Star Lunges going in each direction
     
    3 X 1 minute Handstand Holds
     
    Tuesday

     3 X 1 minute wall hold

     

     3 X20 ankle exercises
     
    3 X 30 circle crunches
     
    3 X 7 stairs
     
    3 X50 side crunches
     
    3 X7 press handstands against wall
     

    3 X 25 Lunges

     

    2 X 10 pull-ups

     

    Friday

    3 X 75 Toe Raises

     

    3  X 10 V-ups/Supermans

     

    3 X 15 reverse leg lifts

     

    2 X 32 Star Lunges

     

    3 X 30 Side Crunches in Straddle position

     

    3 X 30 Windshield Wipers

     

    3 X 15 Tuck Jumps

     

    2 X 30 Circle Crunches

     

    Saturday

    3 X 1 minute wall hold thighs parallel to the ground.

     

    3 X 20 push-ups with feet on a raised surface

     

    3 X 75 toe raises (out, in, together)

     

    3 X 20 tricep dips

     

    35 circle crunches each way

     

    25 Leg Lift-Pops

     

    24-Star Lunges going in each direction

     

    3 X 1 minute Planks from elbows

     

    25 Candlestick straight jumps

     

    You need to stretch everyday and if you can jog please do.  Jog 15 minutes.
