I have been teaching for 28 years, 22 of them in Loudoun. I am a member of the local community and have two children who attended LCPS for their school careers. My son is a 2016 alumnus of Woodgrove, and my daughter graduated in 2021. Additionally, my husband teaches at Woodgrove. If we could find a way, we would have our two Havanese dogs attend Woodgrove as well! I've taught English and English electives throughout my career. This year, I'll be teaching 12th grade Academic students. I am also the adviser of the literary magazine. I hold a Master's Degree from George Mason University, and undergraduate degrees from Millersville University and York College.
