Mrs. Kabernagel (Ms. K) is entering her 26th years of teaching. Her experience includes teaching students with Intellectual Disabilities as well as Multiple Disabilities. In addition, Ms. K worked for 13 years in the public sector at an Executive Suite provider. She received a degree in Special Education (MR K-12) from James Madison University (1981) and an endorsement in Severe Disabilities (1984). She has worked in a Regional Program with students with severe disabilities and has been involved in new program start-ups for Stafford County Public Schools, Loudoun Valley High School, and Woodgrove High School. In addition to teaching, Ms. K is the sponsor for ‘Partners Club’ here at Woodgrove. Our club promotes “Friendships that go beyond labels and cliques”.
