Dr. Christopher Cuozzo

Dr. Cuozzo has been working in education since 1990. He has a B.A. in English and an M.A. Ed. in English Education from the College of William and Mary and a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Virginia. In addition to many years of experience teaching English Language Arts in grades 5-12, he has been a school administrator and an adjunct professor of education at George Washington University, American University, George Mason University, and the University of Virginia.

Though he is both the English Department Chair and the Academic Coordinator for Woodgrove (in which capacity he oversees Senior Capstone Projects, Credit Recovery programs, and a number of other academic programs), he still enjoys teaching a range of English classes here.
