Jamestown Visit

Jamestown Historical site offers an outreach program that visits the schools. During our visit, Joy visited all 5 2nd grade classes. While in there, she taught us about farming and hunting. The students were actively engaged in the conversation answering challenging questions Joy was giving them. During the classroom time, different artifacts were passed around such as sticks, medals and animal skin.
