APE Field Day - January 17, 2020

Dear Valued Members of the Community:
Each year the Adapted Physical Education Program, representing Loudoun County Public Schools, organizes an Adapted PE Field Day for our students to encourage and promote a physically active lifestyle. This event provides our students with disabilities an opportunity to participate in fun and active stations while paired with their non-disabled peers from schools in their local community.
We are organizing APE Field Day for students in the Southern Ashburn district on January 17, 2020 at Rock Ridge High School for 2019-20 School Year that will serve students from the below listed schools:
High Schools - Rock Ridge, Briar Woods, Independence
Middle Schools - Brambleton, Stone Hill
Elementary Schools - Creighton’s Corner, Moorefield, Rosa Lee Carter, Madison Trust, Legacy, Waxpool, Sycolin CreekWe are seeking donations that will help us with the following items for the Field Day:
T-shirts - Students, High School Partner Peers, APE Staff
Food - Pizza, Snacks, Water
Games, DécorYour support will help play a vital role in getting our APE field day off to a great start! You can make Monetary contributions or Donate Gift certificates that can be used to make purchases for this event. Any contribution or donation by individuals or companies is sincerely appreciated will receive a tax-deductible receipt.
A check can be written to “RLCPTO” and mailed to RLC Elem School or you can choose to donate online on this page.
