Current Senior Transcript Requests
- Refer to: https://www.lcps.org/Page/196324Non-College Application Transcript Requests:
- Login to SchooLinks through LCPS Go. You will use the SchooLinks Records Requests to send your official transcript to any organization other than a college (i.e. NCAA, scholarship organization, employer).
- Your school counselor cannot send your transcript unless your parent/guardian has submitted a transcript request form.

Alumni & Former Students
A cumulative scholastic record is maintained for every student enrolled in Loudoun County Public Schools. The Student Records Department supervises the administration of active and inactive student scholastic records, provides onsite record management training for school staff, archives eligible student records, fulfills requests for records not located in schools, and provides education verification to requesting agencies.
