Mrs. Lemieux

Hello!  My name is Taunie Lemieux.  I began teaching in Loudoun County in 2019  My passion is teaching, especially our special education and multilingual learners!  

I received a double Bachelor's Degree in both Early Childhood and Elementary Education in 1993. My  Master's Degree is in Special Education in 2004. My 2 Bachelor’’s and my 1 Master’s Degree are from Frostburg State University in Frostburg, MD.  I have taught in West Virginia, Maryland, and Virginia.  I received my Certificate in English Language Learning in 2017.

In my free time, I  enjoy reading and traveling to the areas I have read about.. l believe that the love of reading unlocks the doors to learning.  I work to find the best methods for each student, which is the key to helping them achieve their full potential.
