Ms. Gwinn-CaseyMs. Gwinn-Casey is delighted to be a school librarian at Belmont Ridge Middle School. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, with a major in English, from Stony Brook University and a Master of Science degree in Library and Information Science from The Catholic University of America.While living in Maryland, Ms. Gwinn-Casey taught middle school language arts for six years in Anne Arundel County Public Schools and part-time English for Language Learners at a community college. Ms. Gwinn-Casey and her family moved to Loudoun County, Virginia in 2002. Ms. Gwinn-Casey is an avid reader and is looking forward to a great year of working with the students and faculty at Belmont Ridge Middle School!Mrs. KesslerMrs. Kessler is looking forward to another fantastic year at Belmont Ridge Middle School! Before coming to Belmont Ridge, Mrs. Kessler worked in Fairfax County as a librarian for six years. Prior to becoming a librarian, Mrs. Kessler was a special education teacher for eight and half years in Fairfax County and Henrico County.
Mrs. Kessler received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Communication Disorders from the University of Pittsburgh. She continued her education at Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania where she received her Master’s Degree in Exceptionalities. Most recently, Mrs. Kessler received her endorsement as a library media specialist from Radford University.Mrs. HoughMrs. Hough is very excited to be working at Belmont Ridge Middle School and is looking forward to another great year. This is Mrs. Hough’s 7th year working at Belmont Ridge. She was born and raised in Pennsylvania. After getting married, Mrs. Hough moved with her husband to Texas and then West Virginia before moving to Virginia. Mrs. Hough has lived in Loudoun County with her husband and three children since 1997. Mrs. Hough’s first career was in Nursing. After 12 years of working as a nurse, she decided to stay home and raise her three children. Mrs. Hough continued to be very active in volunteering in the school community before coming to work at Belmont Ridge.
