Mr. Aubel

This is my 2nd year working at Independence after 7 years of working at Harper Park and will be my 6th year teaching.  I completed my Masters in Special Education through George Mason University.  My undergraduate degree is from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania in Sport Management and I graduated from Loudoun County High School.  In addition to teaching at Independence, I will be completing my 2nd year as the boy's varsity soccer coach after 7 years of coaching soccer at Tuscarora High School.

This year I will be co-teaching double block Algebra I (Ms. Andriano), US/VA History (Ms. Allen), and WH I (Mr. Grinups).  I will also be teaching self-contained basic skills.
