Mrs. Anastasia Carpenter
Anastasia Kim Carpenter has 20+ years education and experience in the dance, health, nutrition, and fitness industry. She has a degree in Kinesiology from the College of William and Mary, is a Health and Physical Education Teacher, and is a Shenandoah University Career Switcher.
Anastasia is an advocate for food allergy research, raising over $60,000 for Johns Hopkins Children’s Center and $6,000 for local dance studios/companies through her production “The One I Feed” Dance Benefit. She is a personal trainer, dance instructor (especially Vaganova Ballet), and fitness group instructor. She routinely hikes, motorcycles, tends her vegetable and flower gardens and creates art. Most of all she loves to care for her family with healthy living as the priority.
