Welcome Waxpool Families! I am excited and feel honored to be a part of the Waxpool Elementary community. My career as an educator has spanned 19 years; the majority of those years have been in Loudoun County! I hold a Bachelors and Masters degree in Education from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA. I also have a Master's degree in School Adminstration and Leadership from Shenandoah University. 

When I am not teaching, I am at the gym, cooking, gardening, reading, or running around town with my 1st grader. I enjoy spending time with my family, gathering with our friends, and exploring our beautiful country!

I look forward to partnering with you this school year to best support your child as they gain skills that will serve them well for a lifetime! We will be engaged throughout the year in Project Based Learning and utilize Computational Thinking to effectively problem solve.
