Hello and Welcome to second grade at Waxpool Elementary.  My name is Mr. Wittmann.  I grew up in Erie, PA. where I graduated from Mercyhurst College with a Duel Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and Special Education.  I moved to VA in 1997 to begin teaching in Loudoun County and later went on to earn my Mater's Degree from Shenandoah University.  I spent my first three years as a Cross Categorical Teacher at Meadowland Elementary.  I then moved to Ball's Bluff Elementary, where I taught second grade for the next 14 years.  From there, I moved to Evergreen Mill Elementary where I was a second grade teacher for five years.  It is now my pleasure to be teaching for my second year at Waxpool Elementary.  I'm excited to have a wonderful school year together!
