My name is Candice Gerenza and this is my 5th year of teaching. I spent the past 4 years in 2nd grade and this year I am so excited to be in 3rd grade!!! I grew up in a town outside of Philadelphia called Downingtown, PA. I attended my four years of college at Penn State University... WE ARE!! In my free time, I enjoy watching movies, doing crafts, and taking my three-year-old Golden Retriever, James on walks.

This year will not be like a regular school year, but I know it still will be AWESOME!!! W.E. will work on getting through challenges together, help each other when there is a problem, and most importantly always remember to just be flexible. W.E. are Piranhas and W.E. swim together!!
I can't wait for a wonderful year at Waxpool with my amazing third graders!!
