    Education / Background:

    I have been teaching for 27 years, the last 14 here at Lucketts. I have also taught in Louisiana, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. I have a Bachelors Degree in Elementary and Special Education from Trinity University, as well as a Masters in Reading from Shenandoah University. 

     

    Hobbies/Interests/Family Life

    I was born and raised in Austin, Texas, and now live in Maryland with my husband and dog, Neo. I have 2 sons in college: one at Texas A & M University, and the other at the University of Pittsburgh. In my spare time, I love reading, going to the beach, and spending time with family and friends.
