Ms. Sarina Marine

I am proud to be one of the few members of Discovery's inaugural staff returning this year! This will be my 18^th year teaching! I taught first and third-grades for 13 years, and I'm so excited to be continuing my career as an English Learner (EL) Teacher working with our outstanding second-grade team!

I graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Teaching with a concentration in Early Childhood Education, and I earned my EL Endorsement in 2019. I am also a graduate of our very own Broad Run High School. I was born and raised in Loudoun County, and I currently reside in Aldie with my daughter, who is in middle school, and my son, who is also a proud Discovery Trailblazer.

Outside of school, I enjoy playing with my kids, working out, spending time with family and friends, and listening to music. My family also vacations often in Myrtle Beach, as my father lives there.

I look forward to another fantastic year with my Trailblazer family!
