Mrs. Mixon

Mrs. Mixon is thrilled to be teaching third grade again this year! This will be her eleventh year teaching and her fifth year teaching third grade at Madison’s Trust Elementary. She has her Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies in Elementary Education from Liberty University. 

Mrs. Mixon is a Loudoun County graduate and has lived in Northern Virginia for over 20 years. Previously, she lived in Northern California and still enjoys following California sports teams (Go Niners!) and the Baltimore Orioles. She currently lives in Northern Virginia with her husband,  two sons, and her puppy, Ziggy!

During her free time, she can be found at the baseball and football field watching her sons play, playing with Ziggy, and spending time with family and friends. She can’t wait to spend the next year learning and growing with her new class of third graders!
