Hi! My name is April Miller.  I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Economics, with a concentration in both Marketing and Management, from High Point University.  I worked as a substitute teacher for Loudoun County Public Schools, for two years, before becoming a full time Special Education Teacher Assistant at Kenneth Culbert Elementary School.  I am thrilled to join the Blue Ridge Special Education team in 2019.
