Second Grade

Mrs. Martin

My name is Kristin Martin, and I am a second grade teacher at Little River Elementary School. This is my 4th year at Little River, and my 13th year teaching. I have taught first, second and third grades in four different countries. I earned a Bachelor's in Elementary Education from Western Illinois University and a Master's from Shepherd University in Curriculum and Instruction. 

I enjoy exploring new countries and learning about their cultures. My husband and I have a son who will be a fourth grader and a daughter in middle school.  Our family enjoys spending time outdoors and with our rescue dog, Zushi.

I look forward to learning and growing with our students and parents this year!
