Ms. Lee

Ms. Lee is excited to be the itinerant librarian again at Madison's Trust Elementary School.  This is her fourth year with Loudoun County Public Schools, but has served the county for over ten years in the public library system as a children's librarian at the Sterling Library.  Prior to that, Ms. Lee taught fourth grade in Montgomery County in Maryland.  Ms. Lee received her Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Master's degree in Library & Information Services from the University of Maryland at College Park.  She also has a Master's degree in Curriculum and Teaching from Teachers College at Columbia University.
Ms. Lee is a local who was raised in Montgomery County Maryland, spending summers in Ocean City and volunteering with the children's ministry at church.  She cultivated a love of reading both through the school and public library.  Ms. Lee has always had a passion for education and a heart for children.

She is excited to share her love of reading as well as empowering students and staff to be effective users of information.  Ms. Lee will be teaching at Creighton's Corner in the afternoons and Madison's Trust in the mornings.
