Hello!

I'm excited to join you on a distance learning adventure this year!  This will be my second year teaching at Potowmack. I have also worked at international schools in The Netherlands and Austria. Before I moved overseas, I taught fourth, second, and sixth grade for five years in Fairfax County. 

I have a Master’s in Education from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia. I also have a certification to teach English as a Second Language from U.VA. 

I have three children and three pets (2 cats and a dog) who live with me in Seneca Chase in Sterling.  You might see me at one of my son's baseball games or riding my bike.  I also enjoy traveling, site-seeing, exercising, and reading a good book.
