Megan Andrews, Social Science

I am thrilled and honored to be part of the Social Sciences and Global Studies department at Independence High School. Opening this school is one of the most rewarding accomplishments of my career so far. In the past, I have taught World History 1, AP World, and US/VA History. This year, I am teaching US/VA History, US/VA Government, and AP Government. I am also a Senior Class co-sponsor.  I am a graduate of the University of Virginia, where I earned my Bachelor's Degree in History (BA) and my Master's Degree in Teaching (MT).
