Miss Patrick

Welcome to the 2020-2021 school year! My name is Kelly Patrick and this year I am incredibly excited to be returning as one of RLC’s Learning Specialists. I am entering my 27th year of teaching and this year I have the pleasure of working with students in Grades 1-5. I graduated in 1993 from James Madison University with degrees in both Psychology and Special Education. I received my Masters Degree as a Reading Specialist from Shenandoah University. I have taught in Fairfax County, in central Florida, and in Loudoun County. I’m a native of Northern Virginia, and currently reside in Ashburn with my 2 cats and my newly adopted dog. I’m a long distance runner and love to stay active in my free time.

This year as we navigate through both distance and hybrid learning environments, please know that I am here to support you. Communication is critical to me and helps to establish and build on the parent/teacher relationship. Feel free to reach out with your questions, concerns, and comments.

I look forward to an exciting year full of opportunities to instruct and learn in both established and brand-new ways.
