Mr. Eric McGrady, Asst. Principal

  • Eric McGrady began his career with Loudoun County Public Schools in 2009, as a first year teacher at J.L. Simpson Middle School. He taught U.S. History to 6th and 7th grade students, at Simpson, until 2018. The following year, he moved to Harmony Middle School as a grade level dean, where he spent four years working with students from all grade levels. Mr. McGrady's responsibilities as assistant principal include attendance, special education, and professional development.

    Eric graduated from Shepherd University, Norwich University, and Shenandoah University with degrees in Social Studies Education, Military History, and Administration. He is a husband and father to two daughters who are 7 and 9 years old and a son who is 3. He loves most outdoor activities and enjoys sharing those with friends and family.
