    Our PTO subscribes to the MySchoolAnywhere service for our family and faculty directories, online store for spirit wear, buy a brick for the out door classroom, email communications, directory, volunteer sign ups, spirit wear store, auction/tickets, reminders, communications and sponsors. It's secure, easy to use, and free to families.  

     

    If you haven't yet registered, please go to the website listed below, enter our school's code and follows the steps to create an account for your family.  You can specify what information you'd like to appear in the directory - or choose not to appear at all. 
     

     
    Returning Families - If you're already registered, you will receive an email asking you to update your family information and display preferences for the new school year. You do not need to register again.

    Once we've had a chance to verify your family entry, you'll receive an email with login credentials and instructions for accessing the system.

    Web Access:  go to www.myschoolanywhere.com and click Login

    Mobile Access While on the go, install the Free APP!  Download the app by searching for MySchoolAnywhere in the iTunes App Store or Google Play.  The app allows you to access our directory, manage your family information, purchase in our store and signup for volunteer activities all from your phone!

     

     
    This portal is a secure online school portal accessible only to our school's parents and school personnel using an assigned user ID and password.  You will control whether you share your information with other parents, or only with PTO administrators for communication purposes.

    Once you have been verified as an Emerick family you will be sent your password to access the directory.

    Adding Directory to your Smartphone
     
    Go to myschoolanywhere.com and log in to the mobile directory. Touch the export feature at the bottom of the screen (box with arrow) and then touch 'add to home screen.' This will create an icon on your home screen so you can access the directory easily from your smartphone.
     

     


    Questions about the portal privacy? 
    • Our school is concerned about data security. What type of security is provided? 
      We value your privacy and security.  All data is stored behind secure firewalls and requires a unique email and password and passwords are encrypted. All data is passed with SSL encryption (that familiar lock in the web address tells you it's secure) which ensures data cannot be captured during submission.   
    • How does your software help me protect parents privacy?
      Our eConfirm feature provides for the emailing of a data confirmation link to the parent, with their current information, giving then an opportunity to change their data or opt out of the directory. Schools typically email the link to parents before the beginning of the school year, with a stated deadline for their return.  The Federal Education and Privacy Act (FERPA) requires that schools inform parents about the directory information that is to be published and allow a reasonable amount of time for the family to "opt out" if they wish.
