• Unity Day Celebration

On Wednesday, October 21st Brambleton MS celebrated Unity Day.  On this day, students and teachers all across the United States come together to send one large orange message of support, hope, and unity to show that we are united against bullying and united for kindness, acceptance and incusion.

In our Den time (Advisory) students engaged in a lesson understanding the importance of UNITY and the fun challenges students could participate in virtually! At Brambleton we have approximately 1,700 students and staff members so to show how BAM #CLIMBtoUnity we asked everyone to take a 1-mile (or 1,700 steps) walk/run/ride in another Brambleton Bear's footsteps to show we are united as one! Students and staff were also encouraged to dress head-to-toe in orange to show we are united against bullying, as orange is the color for Unity Day.

Take a moment to enjoy some wonderful snapshots of our 2020/21 Unity Day celebration!
