Kevin CabanissDepartment: ScienceEmail: firstname.lastname@example.orgRoom: 500Planning Block: 2nd/5thTeacher BiographyThe 2022-2023 school year is my ninth year at Freedom High School. I have lived in Loudoun County for most of my life. I received a Bachelor's degree in Geology from James Madison University and a Master's degree in Special Education from George Mason University. Previously, I worked as an intern for the US Geological Survey, and a lab scientist in a geomicrobiology laboratory. When I am not teaching, I am hanging out with my wife (Mrs. Cabaniss the Biology teacher), my son, and my pets. I am very excited to be at Freedom, and to be teaching science.Teacher InformationCoursesIndependent Science Research (ISR)Academic Earth ScienceResearch BiologyScheduleA Days1st: Independent Science Research2nd: Planning3rd: Academic Earth Science4th: Independent Science ResearchB Days5th: Planning6th: Independent Science Research7th: Research Biology8th: Academic Earth ScienceOnline PresenceAll necessary documents and assignments will be provided through Schoology.
