Mr. Wurst

Mr. Wurst studied Anthropology, German, and Mathematics at Wake Forest University, receiving a B.A. in Anthropology.  He then went on to study History and Theology at Union Seminary in Richmond, receiving a Dr. Min.  His first career was as a Teaching Elder in Connecticut, North Carolina and Virginia.  He is a trained storyteller and trumpeter as well as a Mathematics Teacher.  Mr. Wurst will be teaching Algebra II/Trigonometry and Geometry for the 2019-20 school year.

Please bring a 3-ring binder with lined paper and always bring a pencil to class.  The binder can be divided into 4 Tabs:  Videos and Notes, Practice, Study guides and extra practice, Quiz and Test.
 Textbooks may be checked out for the school year. 
Mr. Wurst will be in his room after school on Mondays , Wednesdays and Thursdays.  After school buses will run on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, beginning in October.  Bring a signed note or e-mail me ahead of time to let me know you want to stay after school.
